Hello everyone and welcome back. In this episode Patrick talks with Dr. Berit Brogaard. Dr. Brogaard is a Professor and the Director of the Brogaard Lab for Multisensory Research at the University of Miami. Her work has been featured in various public media, including Nightline, ABC News, The Huffington Post, Fox News and MSNBC.  Dr. Brogaard has also done research in the criminal justice field regarding Neurolaw - which is an interdisciplinary study which links the brain and the law to understand why certain people act the way they do.  In her recent book The Superhuman Mind: Free the Genius in Your Brain she talks about a brave new world in which we can expect to see new drugs and technology that will help the harness our extraordinary abilities.
