I love talking to successful people who have overcome so much in their life. They have faced so many roadblocks and hit rock bottom so many times. Yet, they developed that never-quit attitude and they have that there is only one way out and that is up attitude. My next guest is Chris Cavallini.

I met Chris at Conclave of Warriors last year and he is an amazing person. But it wasn’t always that way. From leaving the US Navy as a decorated Navy Diver to almost going to prison for dealing drugs Chris had been through a lot because of the bad decisions he has made in the past. Yet, he didn’t give up and now is a very successful entrepreneur who continues to give back to his community and is helping so many.

Chris describes himself as the following:

I’m just an average guy with average circumstances that figured out the key to experiencing a superior quality of life on both a personal and professional level, starts first with taking control and mastering your physical body.

My goal, and what I believe to be my destiny in life, is to help people produce positive, LASTING change and become the upgraded versions of themselves. I spend my days educating, coaching, and mentoring others so they can experience the same. I have the privilege of working with people who are 150-200+ pounds overweight, all the way to professional athletes and celebrities that you see on T.V. on any given day.

A few things about me; I’ve studied extensively in nutrition, mechanics, strategic intervention (life coaching) and psychology. I’m also well versed and fluid in just about every style of training from old school weights and boxing, Pilates, to more modern systems like TRX and HIIT.

Chris is such an amazing guy and you can find him here:
