Rich’s professional background focuses on business services and operations. These services include handling client interaction, scheduling, client invoicing and collections, officer payment, feedback all aspects of the extra-duty program administration. Monday Aug 19, 2019
Hello everyone and welcome back to Microcast Monday. Remember Monday's are great. It's the start of a new week, and the beginning of you starting to conquer your goals. Embrace Monday's.
In this episode, Patrick talks about servant leadership. It really begins with serving others. Once you start serve others and not expect anything in return, abundance and happiness will start to come into your life. Sometimes the greatest gift you give to others will be free. Don't get hung up on making money all the time. If you are coming from a place of servant leadership the life you want will follow. Being a servant is central to being a law enforcement officer, and we should practice servant leadership everyday.
Go conquer the day and your week.

In this episode Patrick welcomes Tom Pecora. Tom is prepared to draw back the curtain on the little-known and misunderstood world of the CIA protective operations—security teams who work on the front lines in some of the most dangerous places in the world, doing battle with America’s most determined enemies in the War on Terror and more. Somalia was Pecora’s first deployment as a CIA Protective Operations Cadre (POC) officer, responsible for providing protective operations support in hostile areas of the world. He later headed up a series of the Agency’s undisclosed protective operations teams. From 1989 until his retirement in 2013, he was assigned to multiple war zones across Africa, Latin America, Southeast Asia, Europe, and the Middle East, doing the kind of work few are even aware exists. But it does, and Pecora’s direct involvement allowed him to work behind the scenes of some of the most well-known conflicts of our time, including the infamous encounter known as Black Hawk Down, the hunt for Osama Bin Laden, and the hotbeds across the Middle East where fires continue to burn. Over the course of a career that saw him receive the Career Intelligence Medal, Intelligence Star, Meritorious Unit Citation, and numerous Exceptional Performance Awards, Pecora distinguished himself as a Protective Operations Cadre (POC) member and as a CIA Security Officer. And now he’s prepared to shed light on the world of clandestine protective operations and the selfless, heroic warriors dedicated to keeping the United States safe at all costs.

CJ Evolution Podcast: Microcast Monday - Act as if
Monday Aug 12, 2019
Monday Aug 12, 2019
Hello everyone and welcome back to Microcast Monday. I hope you all are well, and you had a great weekend. I had the honor of attending The Better Human Workshop in Denver hosted by Ryan Munsey. Ryan is a best-selling author of F*ck Your Feelings. He is a sought after though leader, coach and speaker. I learned so much in this great workshop and if you get a chance to attend, I would highly recommend it!!!
Here are some takeaways I want to share with you.
Act as if - Act as if you already are that version of you. Act according to your values. Who are you? Here is an exercise you can do. Set a daily alert on your phone and choose 3 words to remind you if you are being that person you want to be.
Here is another great takeaway - Your life is perfectly designed for the results you're currently getting. Meaning if you are in a rut, stagnant and have a poor attitude its up to you to change that. What results do you want to keep? What results do you want to change?
Remember you have the power. You always will and you always have.

Evolving Alpha is an idea that men and women can be strong, powerful, healthy, fit and lean while living a life full of compassion, equality and understanding.
We are the new alpha males and strong women of the modern era. The ones who treat our fellow beings on this earth with equality and love and at the same time -- Lift heavy weights, look and feel phenomenal, eat amazing diverse foods and live a cruelty free life, being conscious about the environment and other beings who we could dominate over, but choose to respect and not eat, abuse or use. It is a new, smarter evolution of man.
This is the evolution of us all. To be an Evolving Alpha Warrior is to be a person with absolute strength, honor and higher consciousness. To CHOOSE the road less traveled. Let them help you make that a reality.
Patrick and Fraser hit a lot of topics in this show that will resonate with the listener and Fraser provides action tips that YOU can start today!
