Hey You! Yes You. Why do you keep putting off that thing you need to do? Don't you realize that by kicking the can down the road it will probably make it worse?
We all procrastinate, but when we do we usually subject ourselves to more suffering and anxiety. Yes, the unknown can be scary but you need to take a stand and more importantly take action.

There is no shame in getting treatment. Put your ego and fear aside and pick up the phone. Treatment can save your life as it did mine. But, the most important part of your treatment is your aftercare. You have to work on your aftercare program. That is where your success will be.

Remember that no matter what you are facing or will face you can always start again. People start over all the time and it doesn't matter how old you are, how much money you have or don't have or where you live. However, you have to be willing to fall and get back up which you can do. That's what warriors do, and you are a warrior. You can do and accomplish anything.

So excited to have my good friend Chad Bruckner back on the show. Chad is former police officer with many years of experience. After he left Chad went through some difficult times like many of us do when we leave a law enforcement career. I know I did.
But Chad has that persevere attitude that he gained in the military and in combat. Chad is a mover and shaker in the first responder world and his book - The Holy Trinity of Successful and Healthy Police Organizations, which is being released SOON.

Have you ever just wanted someone to listen to you while you are venting? When people are in crisis that is one of the biggest things you can do for them. Don't judge, don't interrupt - just listen. Better yet, listen with empathy.
