Hello everyone and welcome back to the show. In this episode, Patrick talks about the importance of creating a morning routine to start your day. Many successful people start their day  with a morning ritutal that is tailored to them. Many of them start their day with meditation. If you don't think this will benefit you, try this simple test. Every morning when you get up start the day by closing your eyes, talking some deep breaths and concentrate on being grateful for 3 things in your life (Meditate on this) for a few minutes. It can be people in your life, your health etc. How do you feel after you have thought about this? I bet you feel better. The US Military and professional sports teams have tapped into the benefits of meditation and gratitute, why shouldn't you?
