Raise your internal thermostat. Raise it to 100 degrees. I am not talking about body temp I am talking about mind temp. When you raise that temp your life will begin to change for the better. In fact you won't want to spend too much time with people with a low mind temp. They are not bad people they just wont be on the same frequency and body temp as you. You are destined for great things. You can change your life. Nothing is set in stone. However, it starts with raising your mind temp. You can do it. You are unique. You are loved.

So excited to have my next guest on, Dan Spencer. Dan is a Marine Corps Veteran and a Veteran Law Enforcement Officer of 20 years. Dan served honorably in both of his roles and wore many hats. Like many first responders, Dan wondered what his next path would be after serving. Dan found his passion in Coffee and is now a successful Coffee Entrepreneur. I am so excited to have my friend Dr. Tina Jaeckle on the show. Tina Jaeckle, Ph. D. is a licensed clinical social worker in Florida, and Georgia and has over two decades of mental health experience. Dr. Jaeckle has presented nationally on issues of crisis/trauma/stress/critical incidents, officer involved shootings resiliency, and suicide (law enforcement). She serves as the mental health/training coordinator for several CISM/Peer Support and hostage/crisis negotiation teams. Dr. Jaeckle is also a current EAP counselor for police/corrections for the Jacksonville (Florida) Sheriff’s Office. Dr. Jaeckle has extensive experience in the development, coordination, and training of law enforcement and fire rescue CISM programs.

Dr. Rachael Bishop is a licensed psychologist with extensive experience working with children, adolescents, and adults. Dr. Bishop has over 15 years of experience in the field of neuromodulation and neurotherapy, and is board certified in neurofeedback. Dr. Bishop utilizes a variety of treatment interventions in her work with individuals who are struggling with mental health symptoms and/or addiction. She is well-versed in traditional talk therapy methods, as well as psychological and neuropsychological testing. Dr. Bishop also has substantial experience within the area of posttraumatic stress disorder (PTSD) and trauma, particularly in the areas of childhood adverse experiences and first responders.
Dr. Bishop earned her Psy.D. from Nova Southeastern University. She is currently an adjunct professor at Nova Southeastern University’s Doctoral Psychology program, conducts evaluations for the Child Protection Team of Palm Beach County, and works in private practice as a forensic consultant.

I am very excited to have my friend Marlon Marrache on the show. He is a retired LAPD Sgt with extensive experience in Police Misconduct Investigations. When Officers hear the words IA (Internal Affairs) they cringe. I’m a 24-year veteran "retired" Police Sergeant with over 12 years of Police Misconduct Investigation, adjudication, and examination experience. During my 15 years as a Sergeant, I successfully completed an assignment in Internal Affairs as an Associate Advocate conducting Board of Rights Hearings, and to Officer Representation Section defending police officers. These assignments have afforded much success in demonstrating my expertise in Peace Officer Bill of Rights Act (POBRA) violations and in Police Mediation (i.e., Biased Policing Complaints) investigations. It has also allowed me to teach "instruct" Police Misconduct and Categorical Use Of Force Investigations with an emphasis in Officer Involved Shootings (OIS).
